You receive a practical, customized roadmap addressing the root causes and priorities we’ve identified.
Step 5 · Ongoing support (45-60 min follow-ups)
We adjust the plan as your body responds—tracking progress, fine-tuning strategies, and empowering you with knowledge each step of the way.
