Meaningful functional work takes continuity. I work with a minimum level of support so we have enough space to assess patterns, personalize your plan, and support real implementation, not one-off recommendations.

I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spaces to keep services accessible while honoring the depth this work requires. If pricing support would help, reach out, we will explore options together. The quality of care is the same for every client.

Core Functional Nutrition Support

Clarity Package (required starting point for new clients)

A short foundational package designed to create context, map patterns, and begin a personalized plan.

  • Health History & Mapping (90 minutes)
    Deep review of your story, symptoms, history, and lifestyle patterns, informed by my intake review and timeline mapping.

  • Findings & Personalized Plan (60 minutes)
    Clear patterns, priorities, and your individualized starting plan.

  • Follow-Up (45-60 minutes)
    Progress tracking, refinement, and early implementation support.

Investment: €320 (paid as a single package)

Fit note: If after the first session it does not feel like the right fit, the remaining sessions can be refunded.

Extended Support Packages

(For continued guidance, integration, and accountability. Builds on the Clarity Package.)

Foundations Package (6 sessions)

Best for building consistency and supporting early phases of healing.

Includes: 1 Mapping, 1 Plan, 4 Follow-Ups
Investment: €580


Deep Dive Package (10 sessions):

Best for complex or chronic concerns that need deeper root-cause work over time.

Includes: 1 Mapping, 1 Plan, 8 Follow-Ups
Investment: €920

Packages may be used flexibly within 12 months.

For Returning Clients

Ongoing Support (60 minutes)

Single follow-ups are available for returning clients or as add-ons to ongoing care. New clients should begin with the Clarity Package.

Investment: €90


One-off option

Clinical Perspective Session (60 minutes)

A grounded, systems-based perspective on your current health situation. Ideal if you already have labs, diagnoses, or a protocol and want a thoughtful second opinion without entering deeper functional care right now.

Includes: pre-review of key info you share, pattern-level insights, clarification questions, and guidance on what to focus on next.
Does not include: comprehensive history mapping, personalized protocol design, or ongoing implementation support.

Investment: €140
